This week's trail set by: Brian
May 24 happens to be the 144th day of the year. Putting it simply, if you have a beer every day, you're 12 12-packs into your year. Assuming about 145 calories per beer (bud heavy), and a typical burn rate of 125 calories per mile while running, you should have run at least 167 miles so far this year to make up for your drinking. Considering that it is the 21st week of the year, that ends up being about 8 miles a week. SNRC plus the Saturday morning CRC will get you pretty close.
That being said, we're headed back to one of the campus-area classics this week- Hampton's. It is probable that you will have more than one beer.
